Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), a non-profit dedicated to advancing women in the field, faced cancellation of its crucial annual in-person event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The challenge was to replicate their successful recruitment and networking event virtually without undermining their mission. They partnered with vFairs to use its virtual event platform to make this pivot.

Using the vFairs platform, WiCyS created an immersive virtual experience featuring an exhibit hall with multiple employers, live chat for networking, webinars, and recruitment tools. The solution successfully connected job seekers with top global companies. The vFairs event was a major success, attracting 1,104 global attendees, featuring 70 exhibitor booths, and achieving 8 million social media impressions with the event hashtag.
