Virtual Wins: How Community Business Indian Conference 2017 Aced Inclusion & Outreach

Community Business, a Hong Kong–headquartered non-profit promoting inclusive and responsible business across Asia, needed a way to broaden its Indian outreach, improve accessibility for differently abled attendees, enable better peer-to-peer networking, and capture measurable event KPIs. To solve these challenges the organization partnered with vFairs and used the vFairs Virtual Conference platform.

vFairs implemented a customized, WCAG‑compliant Virtual Conference with audio/text/video chat, keynote webinar areas, localized visuals and a real‑time reporting dashboard, supported by a dedicated vFairs project manager. The event attracted 646 registrants, exhibitor booths saw over 100 visits, webinars had up to 105 views and nearly 900 private chats were exchanged — demonstrating extended reach, stronger engagement, accessible inclusion and clear, measurable impact.
