Technology Networks, an international science publisher and community serving over 300,000 researchers, wanted to take its first event — The Science of Cannabis — online but struggled to find a flexible, easy-to-navigate platform that would showcase rich content and accommodate global speakers and attendees. They chose vFairs and used a vFairs-powered Webinar Session to deliver the virtual event.
vFairs built a custom flat-design lobby and landing page to capture registrations, then delivered a Webinar Hall, Literature Section, Networking area with group chats and topic rooms, and a Helpdesk, with talks available on demand for one month. The event was set up quickly with hands-on account management and drew 318 pre-registrations and 464 unique visits (a 146% turnout), earning strong delegate and speaker feedback on usability and engagement.
