American Public University System (APUS), the sixth largest U.S. university by enrollment, needed a reliable way to connect students and alumni with employers after repeated failures of their previous platform. They faced routine crashes, server overloads that blocked student–recruiter communication, navigation and lag issues that lost engagement, low satisfaction scores, 12+ week setup times, and an excessive 13 staff required per event.
