Jake’s Finer Foods (JFF), a Texas-based broadline foodservice distributor, needed to expand branding and sales while overcoming the high cost, planning complexity, limited accessibility, staffing unpredictability, poor engagement, and weak measurement associated with physical trade shows. vFairs provided a custom, mobile-friendly virtual event platform to host JFF’s 2018 Virtual Food Show and replace paper-based, in-person limitations with an online experience.

Using vFairs’ platform—including a custom event lobby, Video Vault, Auditorium, searchable product listings, chat functions and an Order Products/shopping cart—JFF ran a 13-day Virtual Food Show that generated 278 unique registrations, hosted 53 vendors, delivered 1,258 booth visits, improved accessibility and lead-to-sale conversion, reduced event costs, and produced real-time analytics to measure ROI and inform future initiatives, all enabled by vFairs.
