In-TAC’s Global Virtual Job Fair

In-TAC, an initiative of the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre that matches global talent with Canadian employers, struggled to connect international job‑seekers with Canadian companies through conventional career expos due to geographic limitations. To overcome this, In‑TAC partnered with vFairs and chose vFairs’ virtual career expo platform to scale reach and enable real‑time interaction.

vFairs delivered a customizable, bilingual virtual expo in under four weeks featuring exhibit halls, live chat, networking spaces, on‑demand video and real‑time analytics. The event drew 1,293 registrants, 803 attendees, thousands of chat exchanges, overwhelmingly positive feedback, higher engagement scores and In‑TAC’s most diverse audience to date — results In‑TAC attributes to vFairs’ user‑friendly UI, fast setup and strong support.
