The European MBA Virtual Career Fair brought together seven top business schools to help graduating MBAs compete for placements and connect with employers across Europe. Faced with the challenge of giving students equal access to recruiters without the costs and logistics of an in-person event, the European MBA Virtual Career Fair partnered with vFairs to host the event on vFairs’ virtual career fair platform.
vFairs delivered a turnkey virtual solution—auditorium webinars, video vaults, text and video chat, and a searchable CV database with robust filters—so 15 exhibiting employers could shortlist, interview and engage candidates in real time. The vFairs platform enabled 269 MBA candidates from the seven partner schools to present detailed profiles and participate in live Q&A sessions, streamlining recruitment, expanding employer reach, and removing venue and logistics barriers.
