Bayt.Com’s First Virtual Job Fair For Pakistan

Bayt hosted its first virtual job fair in Pakistan to help job seekers and employers overcome the limitations of physical events and expand access to talent nationwide. To run the three-day event (Aug 12–14) Bayt partnered with vFairs, using their virtual event platform with mobile compatibility, audio/video/group chat and an on-site help desk to recreate in-person interactions online.

vFairs’ platform powered participation from 18 employers (including Wi-Tribe, Shell, MCB and others) and delivered measurable results: 7,642 registrations, 7,943 total visits, 11,469 booth visits, an average of 638 visits per booth, and 30% of job-seeker traffic via the mobile site—driving improved engagement, streamlined candidate screening and stronger employer–jobseeker connections.
