Case Study: Multinational Bank achieves unified corporate real estate oversight with VFA

A VFA Case Study

Preview of the Multinational Bank Case Study

Multinational Bank Aligns Real Estate Goals with Corporate Objectives

Multinational Bank, a global banking leader with more than 1,500 locations, needed a more strategic way to plan capital improvements across its worldwide real estate portfolio. Its year-by-year budgeting approach was creating unexpected facility costs, and it lacked a centralized process for consistent, data-driven real estate decisions. The bank turned to VFA and VFA.facility to improve oversight and planning.

VFA implemented a centralized data source for all properties, Facility Condition Index analysis, and strategic asset management tools to identify critical problem areas, compare buildings across regions, and build multi-year renewal forecasts and “what-if” funding scenarios. As a result, Multinational Bank developed a five-year capital plan, improved cost transparency and risk management, and gained unified oversight of its corporate real estate function through ongoing Facility Condition Assessment reports.
