Fastfrate was struggling with low employee engagement: staff found the previous system “complicated in every way,” ideas were unfocused, there was no feedback loop, and only a small group of employees participated. Fastfrate partnered with Vetter to replace the old tool with Vetter’s idea-management/suggestion-box platform to broaden participation and simplify the employee engagement process.
Vetter launched an online suggestion box for 400+ staff across 10+ cities, using a 60‑second tour, Challenges, anonymity at rating, contributor rewards and management dashboards. As a result Vetter doubled idea volume (100% growth), reduced administration to under 10 minutes per week, and helped implement ideas that reclaimed lost six‑figure accounts and introduced customer‑quote advertising—delivering clear engagement and business impact.
