A Vetter Case Study
Tigerair launched an employee engagement initiative in January 2013 and selected Vetter's suggestion software to run the company's first-ever suggestion program. The challenge was to engage 550 pilots, flight attendants and ground/support staff spread across four locations and often in the air (about 80% of staff), so Tigerair needed a mobile-capable solution that would open communication channels to senior management.
Vetter delivered a mobile browser–based suggestion platform rolled out company-wide on March 5, with customizations including a second NoticeBoard for idea-review process and the existing NoticeBoard for CEO comments. The scheme generated 25 idea submissions on day one, has already improved visibility to senior management (per HR lead Karen Jansen), and the Vetter vetting process helps prioritize supported ideas—demonstrating clear ROI as the program scales across Tigerair’s 550 employees.
