To ensure long-term design quality and control across its international development departments, the company engaged the vendor Vetica Group to develop a new corporate product design.

Vetica Group implemented a solution through an intensive co-creation process with global teams, establishing a simplified and modular machine architecture. This approach allowed for unlimited scaling and the multiple use of control elements. The results included a reduction in SKUs, cost optimization, and the creation of a comprehensive Corporate Product Design Guideline. This guideline now serves as the foundation for all future product designs, ensuring a consistent brand identity and customer experience for PackSys Global.
