The company engaged Vetica Group for product design services to address this and create a new, cohesive solution.

Vetica Group designed a new modular postbox system that optimized the shape, improved security with anti-theft features, and enhanced customer usability with a wider letter slot. The design also visually embodied the brand's core values of friendliness. The result was a uniformly positive customer response and the successful installation of all 20,000 cost-optimized postboxes, which were produced entirely in Switzerland.
