SKY Airlines clears a one-year audit backlog in 30 days with Veryfi

SKY Airlines, a low-cost carrier, faced an urgent government audit requiring them to verify thousands of flight and maintenance documents. With a small, non-technical team, they had no way to manually process the massive backlog and needed an automated solution for data extraction and compliance. They partnered with vendor Veryfi to address this challenge.

Veryfi implemented its ADocs and Workflow products to create a no-code automation system. The solution extracted data from documents uploaded to Google Drive and populated the information into sheets for reporting. As a result, SKY Airlines processed 24,000 documents in the first month, clearing a one-year backlog and achieving over 90% data extraction accuracy, which led to them signing a three-year contract with Veryfi.
