Preemptive Love Coalition, a nonprofit supporting communities affected by war, needed a better way to manage employee expenses across 29 staff members and 5 contractors working in multiple states and countries. Their challenge was keeping receipts, monthly credit card reporting, currency conversions, and audits accurate and on time while minimizing disruption to employees in the field. Veryfi’s expense management and OCR solution was a fit because it could handle multiple currencies, integrate with cloud tools, and work for teams operating in remote locations.

Veryfi was first tested with three employees and quickly rolled out across the organization after strong results. Preemptive Love said Veryfi was simple to use, supported receipt emailing, offline functionality, and individual user control, and integrated with BOX and Slack for easier archiving and awareness. As a result, the nonprofit saved time, eliminated financial report problem-solving, and improved its ability to analyze programming and support emergency relief efforts more effectively.
