Case Study: RoadSync achieves seamless, uninterrupted payment processing during the SVB collapse with Very Good Security (VGS)

A Very Good Security Case Study

Preview of the RoadSync Case Study

How RoadSync's Advance Preparation Kept It Strong Even During the SVB Collapse

RoadSync, the digital financial platform for the logistics industry, needed a secure, reliable way to collect and store sensitive payment data while retaining full ownership in transit and at rest. Working with Very Good Security (VGS) — using VGS Collect mobile SDKs and VGS Vault tokenization — RoadSync prepared for processor flexibility so it could avoid service disruption when the Silicon Valley Bank collapse threatened its payment processing capabilities.

Very Good Security enabled RoadSync to tokenize payment data, leverage VGS’s forward/reverse proxies and cloud-native infrastructure, and swap payment service providers (PSPs) quickly. The vendor-supported change was pushed to production over a single weekend with no impact to end users, preserving seamless payment processing and demonstrating measurable resilience: processor optionality and uninterrupted payments during the SVB incident.
