XM Cyber, a hybrid cloud security leader, needed a more robust way to run and scale its Apache Flink® stream-processing jobs for 100+ cloud customers (handling up to terabytes per customer per day). Managing growing job complexity with a standalone Docker-based setup created high operational overhead, upgrade challenges, and limited multi-tenant capabilities, so XM Cyber engaged Ververica and adopted Ververica Platform to build a secure, scalable multi-tenant Flink architecture.

Ververica implemented Ververica Platform’s production-proven multi-tenancy features—including RBAC, autopilot dynamic scaling, and centralized job management with JARs in S3—delivering faster Flink updates, lower running costs, reduced engineering overhead, and improved performance. As a result, XM Cyber achieved unlimited, flexible scaling per customer, met low-latency requirements without resource overallocation, shortened time-to-market, and saw support tickets often resolved within 24 hours, all while supporting environments with over half a million assets. Ververica’s platform and support were key to these measurable gains.
