AIB Livin partnered with Verve The Live Agency to reimagine its AIB Livin Summit after three successful in-person events at the CHQ were no longer possible. The challenge was to keep the summit engaging for first-time home buyers while shifting from a live audience capped at 150 people to a virtual format that could reach more attendees.
Verve The Live Agency designed, managed, and fully coordinated the virtual event from end to end, including registration, live streaming, moderation of attendee Q&A, and production of graphics, motion graphics, and edited video content. The first-ever virtual Livin Summit attracted 472 virtual attendees, generated 50 attendee questions/engagements, and featured 5 expert panel speakers, significantly expanding the event’s reach beyond the original live capacity.
