BABY DETERGENT, an international CPG brand, sought to raise awareness and drive sales of its baby detergent among new moms. Verve supported the effort by building custom purchase‑based audience segments (including Hispanic women 18–34), delivering bilingual creative focused on gentleness, stain removal and freshness, and using proximity‑based ad delivery to reach moms when they were near retailers.
Verve executed two high‑impact ad units (an interstitial showing nearby retailers and an expandable banner with a 15‑second video) in Spanish and English; this approach drove CTR and post‑engagement above benchmarks, with Hispanic moms showing nearly double tap‑to‑landing rates. The campaign produced >80% foot‑traffic lift and >10% visit‑frequency lift, delivered more than $7 return for every dollar spent (nearly 3× benchmark ROAS), and purchase‑based targeting produced the largest lift in household spend.
