Denbighshire County Council required a single, comprehensive system to manage both its complex project delivery and the detailed tracking of project outcomes and performance. This was especially critical for controlling its frameworks and executing its overarching five-year Corporate Plan. They turned to their long-term vendor, Verto, to address this dual need for project and performance management within one platform.
Verto worked closely with the council to develop customized performance management tools that seamlessly integrated with the existing project tools already in use. This Verto solution provided one central system for all information, enabling the council to effectively close out its 2017-2022 plan and lay the groundwork for its next five-year strategy. As a result, Denbighshire renewed its Verto contract to continue using the evolving platform for its future planning and performance tracking.
