Proginet Innovations Sdn Bhd (PGI), a Malaysian cloud and colocation provider, needed a new carrier‑neutral, scalable and energy‑efficient data center to support the government’s Digital Free Trade Zone initiative and its expanding cloud services. PGI selected Vertiv as a main vendor to deliver a turnkey infrastructure solution, specifying Liebert® APM UPS, Liebert® CRV in‑row cooling, racks and Liebert® SPM power distribution to meet their availability and efficiency requirements.

Vertiv worked with PGI to design and deploy a 9,000 sq ft facility (7,000 sq ft data center, 2,000 sq ft disaster recovery) with 160 Vertiv‑powered racks and a 24x7 NOC; the build was completed in five months. The Vertiv solutions delivered a highly resilient, secure and efficient facility—PGI reports about 30% energy savings from the in‑row cooling—reducing operating costs, improving competitiveness and enabling rapid scale‑out as demand grows.
