Paragon Internet Group - Customer Case Study

Paragon Internet Group, the parent company of TSOhost, Vidahost and HostRoute, experienced rapid growth — including a 277% increase in cloud hosting — and outgrew its co-location facility. To support international expansion and guarantee uptime for its 70,000+ customers, Paragon chose Vertiv to provide thermal management and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) expertise as part of a purpose-built Tier 3‑plus, 2N data centre strategy.

Vertiv partnered with Paragon and other vendors to deploy Liebert PDX cooling units and Liebert Trinergy UPS systems in a new 20,000 sq ft facility with capacity for 120 high‑density racks. The Vertiv solution delivered measurable gains: the site runs at a PUE of 1.3, is currently operating at 20% of initial cooling capacity, is designed to scale to 100% load with no service disruption, and reduced energy use and CO2 emissions — providing clear ROI and future growth headroom.
