Old National Bank, a regional financial services firm with over $12 billion in assets, faced growing reliability and control challenges supporting unified communications across seven floors of its Evansville headquarters. To improve performance, protection and efficiency for its phones and edge-network equipment, Old National Bank engaged Vertiv and selected the Liebert eXM UPS as the centralized power solution.

Vertiv deployed a 60 kVA/kW Liebert eXM UPS with optimized ancillaries, integrated Albér battery monitoring and a Liebert Unity dual-protocol communications card, seismic anchoring and a unity power factor design. The Vertiv solution replaced seven smaller floor-level UPS units with a single centralized system, delivering trouble-free, reliable power with effective bypass capability, reduced human-error through improved control, saved rack and floor space, and enhanced monitoring, network connectivity, and maintenance efficiency.
