A Vertiv Case Study
Liebert, a corporate art patron in the Philippines, faced the challenge of preserving a large archive of valuable artworks by maintaining a tightly controlled indoor environment — constant temperature of 21°C ±0.5°C and relative humidity of 45% ±2% — despite very low sensible loads and wide load fluctuations. Vertiv was engaged to address the need for uniform temperature and RH control with minimal air velocity and precise load modulation.
Vertiv conducted a site and load study and supplied and commissioned five 15 kW Liebert® LPC™ units (deployed across rooms with a 2-working + 1-standby arrangement in the main gallery), plus accessories and air-distribution guidance. The Liebert LPC system maintained the specified 21°C ±0.5°C and 45% ±2% RH tolerances during varying load conditions; Vertiv reports the archive environment met preservation standards and the customer certified the gallery conditions as favorable for the art collection.
