To secure that uptime it turned to Vertiv, deploying Vertiv™ Liebert® APM uninterruptible power supplies and Vertiv™ Liebert® RDU‑A G2 intelligent monitoring units.
Vertiv implemented modular, row‑based Liebert APM UPS systems (scaling 15–45 kW internally and up to 90 kW with external batteries) that deliver up to 94% efficiency and grow capacity without extra floor space, alongside Liebert RDU‑A G2 environmental and infrastructure monitoring for temperature, humidity, leaks, smoke and equipment alerts. The Vertiv solution enabled remote monitoring and proactive maintenance, faster onsite service with local parts, improved UPS visibility, and sustained uptime for 24/7 call center operations while providing scalable power capacity to support business growth.
