Adform is a leading independent, full‑stack advertising technology platform that helps agencies, advertisers and publishers plan, run and analyze digital campaigns for thousands of clients worldwide. As digital marketing volumes exploded, Adform needed a highly scalable, reliable analytical database to ingest massive, diverse datasets and deliver fast, SLA‑driven reporting and self‑service analytics to customers.

Adform selected the Vertica Analytics Platform and deployed it across its mission‑critical infrastructure of more than 1,000 servers. Vertica’s columnar, high‑performance analytics now powers over a million requests per second, enables ad‑hoc queries in about two seconds and generates 99% of reports in under three seconds (down from 20–30 seconds), improving customer satisfaction and making Big Data analytics accessible to users with basic SQL while allowing seamless scale as hardware is added.
