Oyer, Macoviak and Associates is a family-run, full-service independent insurance agency in Boynton Beach, Florida, established in 1953 and offering home, auto, business and specialty products. Facing a complex Florida market and time-consuming, inconsistent manual workflows, the agency sought to automate routine tasks, improve customer visibility and scale without adding headcount by exploring APIs and an integrated agency management system.
