Amaden Gay Agencies is a 100+-year-old independent insurance agency in East Hampton serving high-net-worth, seasonal-resort clients who value a personal touch. As more customers demanded digital self-service and paperless delivery, the agency needed to modernize its client experience without losing the one-on-one relationships that set it apart, while also reducing time-consuming, paper-heavy workflows.

In 2020 Amaden Gay adopted Vertafore’s InsurLink portal, a zero‑configuration, integrated client hub that lets insureds view policies, get IDs/certificates, pay bills, and receive securely shared documents on any device. The portal cut policy-sharing time from roughly one hour to about five minutes, eliminated bulky mailings and related costs, improved document security, and generated strong positive client feedback—while preserving in-person service for those who prefer it.
