Suva, through its Clinique romande de réadaptation (CRR) in Sion, needed a way to recruit people who could thrive in a demanding rehabilitation environment where patients have suffered severe accidents and need strong clinical and moral support. The challenge was to identify candidates with the right motivation, empathy, courage, and mindset to support the clinic’s mission.

Versus Profile’s PersProfile tool was integrated systematically into the recruitment process to assess behavioural tendencies and motivation, and the reports were also shared with candidates for transparency and development. Suva said the tool helped them better understand applicants and confirm fit with the clinic culture, while candidates responded very positively to the detailed feedback; the clinic also noted that it improved the recruitment experience and supported a positive candidate impression, though no hard numerical performance gains were reported.
