Case Study: HEdS Geneva helps nursing students shine in job interviews with Versus Profile

HEdS Geneva, the largest school of higher professional health education in French-speaking Switzerland, wanted to help nursing students bridge the gap between their bachelor studies and the realities of the job market. To support this challenge, coach and HR consultant Laure Oriol used Versus Profile’s PersProfile assessment with students to improve interview preparation and career positioning.

With Versus Profile, students completed the PersProfile assessment and reviewed the results to better understand their motivations, strengths, preferences, and development areas. The solution helped them speak more clearly and confidently about their soft skills and personal brand during interviews, and HEdS reported that historically over 90% of nursing graduates completed PersProfile, with very positive student feedback.
