Centre for Coaching, an accredited Integral Coach training institution working across South Africa and Europe, wanted a practical way to deepen self-awareness, improve relationships, and support leadership development in its coaching and emerging leader programmes. Versus Profile’s PersProfile tool was used to help participants understand their behavioural patterns in context, without feeling boxed into a personality type, and to create a more constructive, non-blaming foundation for dialogue and feedback.

Versus Profile implemented PersProfile leadership and 360 reports in individual coaching, group sessions, and leadership team journeys, with reports repeated over time to track change. The results included stronger self-awareness, better team understanding, more effective feedback and requests, improved relationships, and visible leadership shifts that participants could validate a year later; in one programme, a manager’s outside-in 360 feedback revealed a mismatch between self-perception and how others experienced him, leading to meaningful adjustments and better results.
