Version 1 partnered with a UK government department that faced a critical deadline to have a production-ready digital platform with secure access and monitoring in place by March 31st, 2022. The challenge involved improving the existing platform, implementing privileged access management, and establishing secure gateway traffic flows to enable tenant onboarding and pass required quality assurance testing.

Version 1 delivered a comprehensive solution that included implementing HashiCorp Vault for privileged access, setting up operational monitoring with Splunk and Nessus, and creating secure network routing. This enabled the first tenant to successfully onboard by the deadline. The solution's reusability allowed three additional tenants to onboard afterward. Version 1 also improved processes by introducing tech debt tracking and refined definitions of done, leading to more effective use of time and preventing feature tickets from being reopened.
