CurrencyFair migrates 100 applications and servers to Azure with Version 1

Version 1 partnered with CurrencyFair, a financial services provider, which was facing operational and security risks after an internal migration to Microsoft Azure did not meet best practices. The customer sought consultancy to de-risk their setup and align their Azure services with industry standards.

The solution implemented by Version 1 involved a comprehensive review and the building of a new, best-practice Azure Landing Zone using Terraform. They then migrated approximately 100 applications and servers to this new environment. Post-migration, Version 1 assumed operational responsibility through its Aspire Managed Services. The results included significantly increased security, improved governance, greater consistency, and reduced risk, freeing CurrencyFair's IT team to focus on strategic initiatives.
