The Bank of Tampa, a privately owned community bank with more than $1.6 billion in assets and 12 branches, sought to improve commercial clients’ check-deposit experience and operational efficiency by replacing its legacy remote deposit capture (RDC) system. The bank needed a feature-rich, agile vendor that could deliver high readability rates for scanned checks and provide high-touch support to both the bank and its customers.
Building on an existing relationship, The Bank of Tampa implemented Versapay’s RDC alongside its lockbox solution, including custom programming and full data porting to minimize disruption.
