North Atlantic International Logistics (NAI), an 18-person transportation logistics firm in Huntsville, Ontario, was losing time and cash to a manual accounts-receivable process. Its five‑person finance team sent about 1,200 invoices a month but relied on spreadsheets, email-based invoicing, and disconnected systems that caused missed invoices, slow payments, limited visibility, and no way to accept pre-payments—constraints that hampered growth and customer service.

NAI implemented Versapay’s automated invoice presentment, payment portal and Sage integration to automate reminders, provide real‑time AR visibility, and enable pre-payment before delivery. The change freed staff for strategic work, improved invoice-level management and customer experience, enabled remote AR work, saved roughly $18,000 annually, produced about $2.5M in new revenue last year, and opened the door to roughly $10M in additional revenue over the next two years.
