A Vero Software Case Study
Cabinetworks Ireland, a Coleraine-based kitchen manufacturer, was constrained by template-based workflows, machine-specific preset programs and time-consuming manual operations that limited their ability to produce bespoke parts and grow their customer base. These limits made it difficult to serve a wider range of customers—from one-off bespoke clients to large-volume trade customers—and threatened their competitiveness.
After installing Cabinet Vision (Version 8 Solid Ultimate) with Screen‑To‑Machine and Label‑IT, the company automated drawing, cutlists, labels, tool selection, feeds/speeds and G‑code delivery to CNC machinery. The result: major time savings (programming a whole kitchen now takes the same time it once took to program a single carcass), consistently high‑precision, labeled components, faster bespoke design turnaround (e.g., a custom wine-rack job went from 30 minutes manually to 6 minutes), and the ability to take on larger and more varied customers and export markets.
