Quality Fabricated Solutions (QFS), a small Indianapolis metal-fabrication shop serving military and industrial customers, set out to differentiate itself by delivering parts on time and responding faster to urgent customer needs. With a compact team and growing demand, QFS needed to improve material and data management, CNC programming, quoting and production consistency while keeping software easy to use for day-to-day operations.

QFS implemented an integrated ERP and the Radan CAD/CAM solution to handle profiling, punching and forming from a single platform, import solid models, automate and edit nests, and support offline bending with new Accurpress equipment. The result was faster quoting and production, better material utilization and customer savings, more consistent standards on the shop floor, and rapid growth—sales rose from $400K in 2014 to over $1M in 2016—positioning QFS to expand capacity.
