Mould Maker Integrates Three Vero Software Packages

Moules & Outillages de Bourgogne (MOB) is a French mould, die and tool maker that serves demanding sectors such as aeronautics, energy and medical prosthetics using the lost‑wax casting process. Faced with the need to quickly evaluate diverse customer CAD files, produce accurate quotes and realistic lead times, and manage bespoke machining and shopfloor operations, MOB needed an integrated digital workflow to centralize information and reduce manual rework.

MOB deployed three Vero solutions—WorkXplore for fast 3D file analysis and model validation, WorkPLAN for centralized information, quoting and production planning, and WorkNC for CAM programming of 3‑ and 5‑axis machining. The integrated system sped up part validation and quoting, enabled reliable lead times and better production monitoring, improved shopfloor time tracking and efficiency, preserved margins, and significantly reduced manual finishing while delivering high surface quality.
