Kesseler UK Ltd was founded by Paul Slater after he became frustrated with the poor products and service he encountered when fitting his own kitchen. Drawing on 30 years in metalforming, Slater set out to manufacture exceptionally high-quality cabinets with a novel interlocking joint that delivers rigidity, accuracy and repeatable manufacturing tolerances — a challenge that required precise design, machining and workflow control.

Kesseler implemented Cabinet Vision with a bespoke function and post-processor for their Homag Weeke CNC, building a 1,200-part library and streamlined production flow that captures every job from model to nest sheets.
