A Vero Software Case Study
Intech Solutions is a UK specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke technical furniture and control-room consoles for clients such as Harrods, Heathrow Terminal 5 and the Imperial War Museum. With most jobs fully bespoke (around 150 panels each) and tight six‑week lead times that can shrink to under two weeks, their 2D design tools left the designer overloaded and risked delays and inaccuracies.
They implemented Cabinet Vision Solid Ultimate plus Screen‑To‑Machine to produce full 3D models, build a reusable parts library and output CNC code directly. The change allowed non‑CAD staff to create and edit designs, kept production running during absences, reduced designer workload, improved accuracy and turnaround times, and boosted overall productivity while cutting mistakes.
