C&C Woodworking is a high-end cabinetry, millwork and moulding shop in Naples, Florida that prides itself on craftsmanship and strict production standards. Facing time-consuming manual nesting and one-off programming, part-tracking challenges, and long finishing/drying cycles, the 31-person shop needed a user-friendly, scalable solution to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.

By adopting Cabinet Vision’s design-to-manufacturing software and adding a custom paint/dry line, C&C automated nesting, batching, labeling and estimating while gaining realistic client renderings. Nesting time fell from 10 hours to one hour, project programming was optimized to save days, part labeling reduced errors and improved shop flow, material use and estimating became more accurate, and the 10-minute drying system dramatically increased throughput—all boosting competitiveness while preserving craftsmanship.
