Dynamic Srl, based in Cazzago St. Martin (Brescia) and founded in 2007, designs and produces high‑performance compression and injection moulds for indoor and outdoor furniture using gas‑assisted moulding with BMC/SMC resins. The company’s challenge was converting wooden prototypes into faithful CAD geometry while balancing complex product design with production feasibility, eliminating sink marks and distortion, and reducing costly sample iterations and long project lead times.

Dynamic adopted Vero’s VISI suite (Modelling, Flow, Mould and Machining Strategist) to create accurate surface reconstructions, run concurrent flow and cooling simulations, and streamline CAM. The integrated workflow produced simulation results that matched press outcomes, cut the number of samples, halved the project lifecycle (from nearly a year to about six months), and delivered significant time and cost savings—enabling faster, more reliable production and planned capacity expansion.
