A Vero Software Case Study
Dominic Ash Ltd is an internal architectural joinery based in the Cotswolds, operating an 8,000 sq ft workshop that produces bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, staircases and furniture. The business struggled with time‑consuming, repetitive processes and human error from manual cutting lists and a multi‑step CAD‑to‑CNC workflow, a problem made more urgent when their trained Cabinet Vision user left.
They implemented Cabinet Vision with Screen‑to‑Machine to import CAD designs into parametric master templates and send NC code directly to their Biesse CNC. This streamlined production, removed manual cutting lists and much of the human error, sped up job setup through adaptable templates, improved CAM accuracy, and made it easier to onboard a new draughtsman while opening the door to further software use.
