Diversifying for the Long Haul with Cabinet Vision on its Side, FADCO Increases Production by Tenfold

FADCO, a Tulsa-based premium architectural millwork firm founded in 1980 with a 70-person crew, needed to diversify its commercial work and boost shop efficiency to handle more complex, custom projects across several states. The company faced pressures to scale production, reduce lead times, and reliably translate architects’ specs into manufacturable components while remaining competitive.

FADCO standardized on the Cabinet Vision CAM system and developed user-created standards and live 3D workflows to automate programming, optimize nesting, and simplify shop processes. The result: a tenfold increase in production capacity, two shifts processing roughly 200 sheets a day, dramatic time savings (tasks that used to take weeks can now take a day), high-profile projects like the Saint Francis Hospital tower, and multiple industry awards.
