Creative Woodwork - Customer Case Study

Creative Woodwork, a 15‑person bespoke furniture and cabinet maker based in Acton, West London, needed a reliable way to turn high‑end designs into precisely cut panels on their Homag Weeke CNC. The company sought faster, more accurate workflows than their previous software could provide so they could meet bespoke client demands, reduce material waste and speed jobs from initial 3D design to the shop floor.

By adopting Cabinet Vision, designer/CAD‑CAM programmer Edvinas Laurinavicius uses parametric libraries, Label‑IT and Screen‑To‑Machine nesting to automate shop drawings, optimize panels and send CNC code directly to the Homag. The result is considerably quicker turnaround, consistent tolerances down to 1mm (and 0.5mm when required), lower MDF and hardwood wastage, time saved through reusable components, and dependable support that keeps production running smoothly.
