Central Valley Casework Uses Cabinet Vision Automation and Parametric Tools to Tackle Custom Projects with Challenging Shapes

Central Valley Casework, a Madera, CA manufacturer of casework, store fixtures and point-of-purchase displays, serves mostly commercial clients in medical, education and retail markets. The company needed to deliver consistent, high-quality custom work—including very complex shapes—while helping nontechnical customers visualize finished projects and coping with limited skilled labor.

To address this, CVC implemented Cabinet Vision’s design-to-manufacturing solution: 3D renderings for submittals, parametric libraries, User Created Standards, barcode labeling and direct CNC toolpath generation. The result was a 70–80% gain in production and automation, fewer errors and faster assembly, easier programming of complex jobs, and improved customer buy-in through realistic visuals.
