The Deluxe Group is a bespoke joinery and interior fit-out specialist serving luxury hospitality, high-end residential and themed attractions across Britain, Ireland and beyond. They were struggling with high-volume, repetitive jobs that required frequent size tweaks—creating each cabinet in CAD and manually producing cutting lists was slow and error-prone, and shop-floor panel misdirection was a recurring issue.

By adopting Cabinet Vision Solid Ultimate with Screen‑to‑Machine and the Label I.T. system they now use parametric models to reuse and instantly resize units (including hardware, drill and hinge positions), automatically generate drawings, cutlists and NC code, and print clear shop labels. The outcome is faster setup and programming, fewer errors, efficient CNC nesting of hundreds of varied panels, additional licenses and machines in use, and capacity to expand into a new 5,000 m² facility.
