Architectural Arts Streamlines its production process with Cabinet Vision

Architectural Arts, an Iowa-based custom millwork firm with two facilities and 110 employees, was hampered by a legacy 2D CAD-to-CAM workflow that produced no production data. That process required manual data entry into their CAM system, leading to inaccurate CNC code, duplicative work, last-minute questions about build methods, and production delays.

The company implemented Vero Software’s Cabinet Vision Screen‑To‑Machine, switching to solid modeling, automated shop drawings, cutting lists and user-created standards (UCSs) to automate complex programming. The result: eliminated manual re-entry, improved CNC reliability and consistency, labor savings, faster production, clearer 3D submittals for clients, and seamless integration with their high‑end machinery.
