La Parisienne Assurances, a French insurance distributor, manager and creator of insurance products, wanted to modernize its customer journey by creating more transparent, personalized and proactive insurance offers. To support this shift, the company worked with Vermeg and its PaaS/API-based platform to rapidly design and launch white-label insurance products for distributors across Europe.

With Vermeg, La Parisienne Assurances co-created ready-to-use insurance APIs and automated contract and claims management using a private blockchain, while also leveraging public data and IoT/sensor partnerships to trigger claims and compensation faster. The result was a scalable digital insurance model with more than 100,000 active contracts, 200 distributor partners in 13 European countries, and business growth of roughly 30% to 40% per year.
