Caceis, a leading asset servicing provider, was facing growing pressure from consolidation, pricing competition, regulatory requirements, and the need to improve customer experience. To support its digital transformation, Caceis turned to Vermeg and its Palmyra development platform to help modernize operations and better serve clients.
With Vermeg’s Palmyra platform, Caceis standardized development for new applications, supported automation and data management initiatives, and improved internal and customer-facing services. The company deployed 20 robots, used AI to read fund reports, prospectuses, and emails, and built dashboards and the TEEPI platform for better data sharing and customer interaction, resulting in stronger operational efficiency and more valuable access to data.
